Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to:
- Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
- Update your information promptly if it changes
- Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
Disclaimer
The materials on Bantr are provided on an 'as is' basis. Bantr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Bantr or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Bantr.
Modifications
Bantr may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
